Adam Małysz- Polish Ski Jumper




The best moments of Adam Małysz


Adam Małysz was the best Polish ski jumper  in the history of ski jumping and one of the best ski jumpers throughout the world. He was born on 3rd of December in 1977 in the small town called Wisła in the Southern Poland. He started jumping in 1994 and debuted this year as well. He stopped in 2011. Overall he jumped 17 years. His first coach was Jan Szturc. Małysz won 39 World Cup competitions, second place took 27 times and third 25 times. Adam first podium (second place) took in the World Cup on 18 of February in 1996 in Iron Mountain. His first won competition took place in Norway in Oslo Hollmenkollen Ski Jump on 17 of March in 1996!
The longest jump of Adam was 230.5 on 13 of February 2011 in Vikersund as well in Norway.

Four overall victory:

                                        2000/2001, 2001/2002, 2002/2003,2006/2007

Four Hills Tournament:

  1st place - 2000/2001

  3rd place - 2002/2003



In my opinion Adam Malysz is a very positive men. He was very liked by Polish fans. He is a person who likes sports and sporty life. After he finished career of Ski Jumping he started being interested in motor races. He has taken part in Paris Dakar races that now are organised in Argentina.
